Champions Club Program Terms and Conditions.

Program Overview

The Champions Club is part of Dream11’s Rewards Program, which allows a user to receive certain benefits based on the Level they are on. There are 7 Levels of the Champions Club Program. To progress to or maintain a Level, a user needs to earn a specific number of DreamCoins over a particular validity period. If they fail to do so they will be downgraded to a lower Level. A user can also have no Level if they do not have sufficient DreamCoins required to be at the first Level of the Champions Club. These users therefore are not part of the Champions club and do not receive the rewards associated with it.
Only DreamCoins earned for joining contests will contribute towards a user’s Champions Club Levels progress. Bonus DreamCoins granted by Dream11 through different actions in the app will NOT contribute towards the progress of a user’s level. For more details on Bonus DreamCoins, please see here

Starting Level

Every user upon launch of the Champions Club on the Dream11 platform shall receive a starting Level subject to the user performing an activity that is eligible to earn DreamCoins. Upon completion of the first activity, a user’s Level will be calculated depending upon the number of DreamCoins earned by a user from the date of launch of the DreamCoins Program i.e. April 4th, 2022. If a user has not earned sufficient DreamCoins during this period, they will not be a part of the Champions Club until such times that the user earns sufficient DreamCoins required to be at the First Level.
The user needs to unlock their starting Level by earning at least 1 DreamRun following the launch of the Champions Club program. In the case where the user unlocks their starting level by earning at least 1 DreamRun, it could be that their starting level itself is No Level if they have not earned enough DreamCoins since the launch of the program to qualify for the First Level.

Validity Period

The Validity Period for each Level shall begin from the date the user enters a particular Level. The Validity Period for each Level shall be as per the table given below.

NOTE: Dream11 reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the Validity Period, threshold of DreamCoins or the Benefits at any time without any notice to the users.
  • The user must earn a sufficient number of DreamCoins as are required in that particular Level within the Validity Period to be able to continue in the same Level or to upgrade to the next Level or they will be downgraded to the below Level. The Validity Period for each Level automatically resets from the date of completion of the Validity Period.
  • In case of any movement of a user to a higher Level or the lower Level, the Validity Period will reset from the date of such movement and the user will be required to earn the number of DreamCoins required for the Level within that validity period to maintain that Level.
  • It is amply clarified that any movement in Level shall have no bearing on the DreamCoins balance already earned by a user.
The following Terms and Conditions shall be applicable for maintaining, upgrading, downgrading and benefits granted in each Level.

Maintaining a Level

  • If a user wishes to maintain their Level, they will need to earn a sufficient number of DreamCoins as specified for that Level within the Validity Period of that Level. If they fail to do so, they will be downgraded to the below Level.
  • In the event a user maintains the same Level at the end of the Validity Period, the benefits awarded to the user for the same Level shall reset and the user shall be eligible to claim the benefits as per the terms of the benefits awarded during the Validity Period.
  • If a Level 7 user maintains their level multiple times in a row and does not claim their benefits during the utilization period for such benefit, the user will only be able to claim the latest set of benefits as are valid and not claim any expired unutilized benefits. They will not be able to claim more than 1 set of benefits all at once.
  • A user can maintain their Level before the end of their validity period, but will only receive a reset of their benefits for that Level at the end of the validity period.

Upgrading to a Level

  • Users will upgrade to the next Level only when the threshold for the number of DreamCoins required to achieve that Level is met, as per the thresholds defined on the table above.
  • In order to upgrade to the next Level, a user has to earn the DreamCoins as per the DreamCoins threshold defined for that Level during the validity period applicable for each Level.
  • A user is upgraded to the next Level within 30 minutes upon earning the DreamCoins required for the Level, notwithstanding the Validity Period.
  • In the case where a user upgrades across 2 or more Levels at the same time , the user will get to claim the benefits of the Level they are at, and not of the interim levels which they skipped across.

Downgrading from a Level:

  • A user is required to maintain the threshold of DreamCoins for a particular Level during that Level’s specified Validity Period. If a user has not earned the necessary DreamCoins during Level’s Validity Period, the user will be downgraded to the Level below.
  • A user can only be downgraded to the Level below at the end of their current Level’s Validity Period, not earlier.
  • Once a user is downgraded to the Level below, they will get to claim the benefits associated with their lower Level. They can no longer claim any benefits associated with their previous higher Level which they have downgraded from.
  • A user can only downgrade one Level at a time.

No Level

  • A user can have no Level, if the user has not earned enough DreamCoins required to be eligible to be in Level Challenger, which is the first Level of the Champions Club
  • For all users without a Level, there shall not be any Validity Period. The user will be upgraded to Level Challenger only after earning the required DreamCoins for Level Challenger, which they can do at any point in time.

Level Benefits:

  • Each Level has a list of benefits associated with it that are specific to that Level.
  • Users will receive the benefits of a current Level on the day their Validity Period resets regardless they upgrade/maintain/downgrade Level
  • Users in a specific Level shall be eligible to claim the benefits as are applicable to the specific Level they are in.
  • Users' utilization of the claimed benefit is subject to applicable terms and conditions for each benefit.
  • A user may choose to claim the benefit at anytime once the user enters a particular Level, subject to the expiry of that specific benefit
  • The user acknowledges and agrees that benefits are subject to change at the sole discretion of Dream11. Any benefit utilized by a user shall be fulfilled by Dream11.
  • Benefits are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
  • Each benefit shall have an expiry period from the date of receiving the benefit.
  • Movement from one Level to another shall not have any impact on the availed and unexpired benefits.

Level Benefit Details

Benefits can either be claimable or non claimable. All claimable benefits require a user to actively click on ‘CLAIM’ for it to be disbursed to their accounts. Non claimable benefits will be disbursed to the user as soon as they enter the level for which that benefit is applicable.

Select Benefit flow:

The new benefits and claim benefit flow will be available to a specified group of users where few benefits are claimable and few benefits are auto-claimable. Users will retain the access to the old benefits until they progress to upgrade, maintain, or downgrade a level, starting from March 20th 2024 onwards. If users have old benefits which are not claimed yet, they will be able to claim all of them in the new flow as well.

  • Each level will offer various benefits that users can claim, with a maximum limit imposed. Users can only select benefits up to the designated cap.
  • Users are restricted from claiming benefits beyond the specified limit.
  • Users have the option to claim benefits only during the validity period of a level they are currently on.
  • User can claim one benefit at a time as well, however it being clarified that the number of benefits and the time period of claiming such benefits remains the same.

  2. Earn rate - non claimable

    • All users on Dream11, who are exposed to the DreamCoins feature, are eligible to earn DreamCoins from their joined paid contests based on an Earn Rate, which is a ratio of INR spent by the user in entry fees (net of any discount or Discount Bonus used) to DreamCoins earned. The Champions Club allows certain levels to have an improved earn rate of DreamCoins to INR spent ratio, as defined in the table below.
    • Each Level has a specific Earn Rate forDreamCoins as per the table below. The DreamCoins a user earns for any contest joins will be on the basis of the below earn rate which is in accordance with the Level they are in.
    • For eg: If the user is on Level Challenger and joined a contest with a Rs. 50 Entry fee. User will get 1 Dream Run for every Rs. 10 spent. Hence, the user will get 5 DreamCoins.
    • If a user in the Star Level joins a contest for a Rs.50 entry fee, they would receive 6 DreamCoins since their Earn Rate is 1 DreamRun for every Rs.9 spent (net of any discount or Discount Bonus).
    • Users with a claim benefit flow will have the same earn rate as mentioned below:

    • Users who are not in the Champions Club and have no level will continue to earn 1 DreamRun for every Rs.10 spent.

  3. Global Discount Passes - claimable

    • Users will receive discount passes according to the table below, wherein the validity and the value of each discount pass is on the basis of the Level for which the discount pass is given to the user
    • Discount Pass cannot be clubbed with Discount Bonus or any other promotions, offers that are running simultaneously on the Dream11 platform.
    • Discount pass will have an expiry period from the date of availing the benefit till validity of the Level for which the discount pass is given.
    • The Discount pass can be used multiple times up to the point where the total value of the discount pass has been utilised by the user.

  4. Private Discount Passes - claimable

    • Users will receive Private discount passes according to the table below, wherein the validity and the value of each Discount Pass is on the basis of the Level for which the discount pass is given to the user
    • Discount Pass cannot be clubbed with Discount Bonus or any other promotions, offers that are running simultaneously on the Dream11 platform.
    • Discount Pass will have an expiry period from the date of availing the benefit till validity of the Level for which the discount pass is given.
    • The Private Discount Pass will only be applicable on private paid contests.
    • The Discount Pass can be used multiple times up to the point where the total value of the discount pass has been utilised by the user.

  5. Dream Shop Vouchers - claimable (with effect from 7th April 2023)

    • Users will receive a Dream Shop voucher for the following Levels according to the table below, wherein the validity and the value of each voucher is on the basis of the Level for which the voucher is given to the user.
    • The Dream Shop voucher is applicable on all purchases on the Dream Shop. The conditions of purchase as applicable is mentioned in the table below.
    • All purchases made on the Dream Shop will be subject to the standard terms and conditions of Dream Shop including its cancellation, return and delivery policy.
    • All Dream Shop vouchers are valid for at least 6 months from the date at which the user received that Dream Shop voucher, as part of their Level Benefits.
    • Dream11 shall not be liable for any deficiency of service by the Dream Shop including non-delivery to a particular PinCode.

  6. FanCode Watch Live - claimable

    • Users will receive the FanCode Watch Live access for a duration in accordance with their Level, as soon as they enter any of the Levels as mentioned in the table below
    • All access to the Watch LIVE pass on the FanCode website is subject to the standard terms and conditions of FanCode.
    • If a user upgrades across 2 or more Levels back to back, the user will receive the FanCode Watch Live access of all the Levels they have upgraded to, including the interim Levels they have skipped across. This is provided that the current Level or the interim Levels skipped also have Watch Live access as an associated benefit. In this case, the Watch live access duration will keep extending for that user, in accordance with the number of Watch Live benefits received.
    • If the user already has the existing Watch Live Pass as the Level benefit / bought from the FanCode app/or the Reward Shop, the user's Level-based Watch Live benefit will start once any existing Watch Live benefit that they already have has expired.
    • Dream11 shall not be liable for any deficiency of service by the FanCode shop including non-delivery to a particular PinCode.

  7. Extra Winnings as DreamCoins - non claimable

    • Users who receive this benefit will receive a certain percentage of their total amount won in a match back as DreamCoins, where that %age is based on the Level of that user.
    • This benefit is only available to the MVP (6) and Legend (7) Level users . No other Level user will receive this benefit.
    • This will be applicable for all matches across all sports on Dream11.
    • DreamCoins is the additional benefit that certain Level users get and it doesn’t affect any winnings in INR that the user gets on coming in the winning zone of a paid contest.
    • Users receive DreamCoins after the winner declaration of each match.
    • All DreamCoins earned from this benefit will be bonus as of 27th January 2023 and not contribute towards your level progress. Refer DreamCoins TnCs.

  8. Priority Help Desk - non claimable

    • Users on Level 7 will receive expedited help and support for their queries from the Dream11 Customer Service Desk. These users’ queries will be prioritized above all other Level users on Dream11.
    • No other Level users will receive this benefit.
    • Users will only receive this expedited help and support while they are in Level 7. If the user moves down to another Level, they will no longer receive this benefit. In this case, if user was on Level 7 and raised the query and by the time it got resolved, user downgraded to lower Level, that particular query will still be handled on priority but no other expedited help and support user will receive going forward if user is not on Level 7
    • Users on level 7 (Legend) and Level 6 (MVP) as part of claim benefit flow will get priority help desk support

  9. Request a callback - non claimable

    • Users on level 7 (Legend) and Level 6 (MVP) as part of claim benefit flow will get an option to request a callback within 30 mins for all the range of queries.
    • Only Level 6 and Level 7 users are eligible for this benefit
    • Users will only receive this call support while they are in Level 7 and Level 6.. If the user downgrades to Level 5 or below, they will no longer receive this benefit. In case, if a user was on Level 7 or Level 6 when the user raised the query and by the time it got resolved, user downgraded to lower Level, that particular query will still be handled on priority but user will no longer enjoy the call back support benefit going forward if the user is not on Level 7 or Level 6

  10. Legendary Hamper - claimable

    • Users on Level 7 will receive a Gift Hamper: rewards worth Rs.10,000 containing discount coupon codes from select brands as soon as they enter the Legend Level.
    • No other Level users will receive this benefit.
    • A user will receive this only once in a single validity period. Once their validity period resets, if the user is still at Legend Level they will receive a new set of coupon codes in My Rewards worth Rs, 10,000
    • All coupon codes must be utilised during the validity period and the purchases made on the respective brands' website will be subject to the standard terms and conditions of the particular brand including its cancellation, return and delivery policy.

  11. Referral - Non claimable

    • Users get Bonus DreamCoins from a referral Program each time their friend reaches a milestone.
    • If a user is a part of claim benefit flow and has earned Bonus DreamCoins from a referral program, the user will get extra Bonus DreamCoins as per the benefit mentioned as per Level.
    • For example: If you get 200 Bonus DreamCoins on a friend's milestone, as part of Legend Level you will get a total of 800 Bonus DreamCoins (4 x 200).
    • If the user is Marked FPV for the referral program and is not entitled for any of the benefits, the user will also not receive the referral multiplier even though the user is a part of the champions program.

  12. Multiplier - Claimable

    • It is open to only those users who are part of claim benefit flow. Through this a user shall receive X times the DreamCoins earned for all paid contest joined by them till the time user is on a particular level and max cap of earning DreamCoins is not breached yet
    • A user can receive DreamCoins up to the maximum e cap mentioned as per each level in addition to the usual naturally earned DreamCoins at the end of the Promotion Period.
    • Ex: Users will receive 5x DreamCoins on all paid contest joins, comprising of 1x naturally earned DreamCoins and 4x as bonus DreamCoins provided by Dream11 as a level benefit-
    • Users will not get DreamCoins (the usual naturally earned or bonus DreamCoins) for abandoned matches.
    • The DreamCoins are valid as per the standard terms of the DreamCoins available here
    • The additional bonus DreamCoins given via levels will not be counted towards the user’s Champions club progress. These are valid for 7 days from being credited in the users account
    • Bonus DreamCoins may be granted by Dream11 to its users at its sole discretion.

  13. Rs.500 Amazon Pay Gift Card - Level 6 Champions Club Benefit - Claimable

    • ₹500 Amazon Pay Gift Card is given to all users who claim this benefit as part of Champions club program after reaching level 6 by either upgrading or maintaining or downgrading their level.
    • The Gift Card can be utilised on Amazon website or application.
    • Should the purchase value exceed the value of the Gift Card, the differential amount of such purchase should be paid using the other modes of payment available on the website.
    • The Gift Card once redeemed will be available for utilisation by the user on Amazon.com till March 14th 2025.
    • Amazon Pay Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
    • All purchases made on the Amazon website will be subject to the standard terms and conditions of the Amazon website including its cancellation, return and delivery policy.
    • All complaints in relation to the redemption of the Amazon Pay Gift Card shall be resolved as per the terms and conditions of Amazon as outlined here.

  14. BookMyShow ₹500 Discount Voucher - Level 6 Champions Club Benefit - Claimable

    • This BookMyShow Discount worth ₹500 on 1 item (“Discount Coupon”) is given to all users who claim this benefit as part of Champions club program after reaching level 6 by either upgrading or maintaining their level.
    • The Discount Coupon can be utilised on any BookMyShow offering on the BookMyShow portal (website or application) directly.
    • The Discount Coupon once availed will be available for utilisation by the user on the BookMyShow website till 13th September 2024.
    • All purchases made on the BookMyShow Shop will be subject to the standard terms and conditions of BookMyShow including its cancellation, return and delivery policy.
    • The Discount Coupon is valid for one-time use only and cannot be clubbed with any other offer, discount, or coupon on the BookMyShow portal.
    • Any complaints regarding the product purchased from BookMyShow shall be resolved as per the terms and conditions of the BookMyShow portal.
    • This benefit can only be claimed once during the validity of the period.

    • The Gift Card can be utilised on Amazon website or application.
    • Should the purchase value exceed the value of the Gift Card, the differential amount of such purchase should be paid using the other modes of payment available on the website.

    • The Discount Voucher can be utilised on the MakeMyTrip portal (website or application) directly.
    • MakeMyTrip Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
    • MakeMyTrip Gift Card shall be valid for use by the winner until March 14th 2025.
    • Terms and conditions of the MakeMyTrip Gift Card shall apply.
    • All complaints in relation to the redemption of the MakeMyTrip Gift Card shall be resolved as per the terms and conditions of MakeMyTrip as outlined on the link here.

  17. ₹4,000 Myntra E-Gift Card - Level 7 Champions Club Benefit - claimable

    • ₹4,000 Myntra E-Gift Card is given to all users who claim this benefit as part of Champions club program after reaching level 7 by either upgrading or maintaining or downgrading their level.
    • The E-Gift Card can be utilised on Myntra marketplace platform
    • The E-Gift Card once redeemed will be available for utilisation by the user on Myntra till March 14th 2025.
    • All purchases made on the Myntra portal will be subject to the standard terms and conditions of Myntra including its cancellation, return and delivery policy.
    • Myntra E-Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash or any other benefit.
    • All complaints in relation to the redemption of the Myntra Gift Card shall be resolved as per the terms and conditions of Myntra as outlined here
    • This benefit can only be claimed once during the validity of the period.

  18. Supa Vouchers - claimable

    • Users will receive a Supa voucher for the following Levels according to the table below, wherein the validity and the value of each voucher is on the basis of the Level for which the voucher is given to the user.
    • The Supa voucher is applicable on all purchases on the Supa Style Shop. The conditions of purchase as applicable is mentioned in the table below.
    • All purchases made on the Supa will be subject to the standard terms and conditions of Supa including its cancellation, return and delivery policy.
    • All Supa vouchers are valid for at least 3 months from the date at which the user received that Supa voucher, as part of their Level Benefits.
    • Dream11 shall not be liable for any deficiency of service by the Supa including non-delivery to a particular PinCode
