Dream11 allows its users to earn DreamCoins for certain actions
performed by the user on the Dream11 app. Dream11 users are eligible
to receive and utilize DreamCoins, in the manner permitted herein.
Details of such actions and the corresponding DreamCoins to be earned
by the user are mentioned below:
DreamCoins shall only be available to registered users of Dream11 who
are eligible to participate in the pay-to-play Dream11 contests as per
Dream11’s terms and conditions (accessible
here).
Users shall at all times comply with these Terms, the terms and
conditions of the Dream11 game (accessible
here) to be able to earn DreamCoins.
All reference to DreamRuns with effect from 16th October 2022 and
Android v4.65.0, iOS v4.63.0 shall refer to and mean DreamCoins. All
terms and conditions as applicable to DreamRuns shall be applicable
for DreamCoins and such terms and conditions shall remain unchanged.
Actions to be performed by the users to earn DreamCoins:

DreamCoins can be earned either for a one-time action or for
recurring actions to be performed by the users. The details of such
actions are mentioned in the table below.

Users are required to note that for one-time actions performed by
the user, the user will not receive additional DreamCoins, if the
same action is performed again by the user at any later given date.
For e.g. Bank Verification. In the event of unlinking of a verified
bank account and the addition of another bank account, the user will
earn DreamCoins only for the first bank verification and not any
other subsequent ones.

DreamCoins shall be given to the users on a real time basis for each
of the one-time actions mentioned in the table below.

For every recurring action, the DreamCoins will be given to the
users once the match completes in which the user has performed the
action as per the table below. Users will not get DreamCoins for
abandoned matches.

Dream11 reserves the right to give additional DreamCoins to its
users in its sole discretion on the user winning certain contests.
The additional DreamCoins to be given for such a contest will be
communicated by Dream11 to its users prior to the deadline of the
match through push notifications, banners, or in-app communications.

For free to play public contests, a user will be given DreamCoins
only for the first three (3) free public contests joined by the user
in each match.

For paid public contests, a user will be given DreamCoins on the
value of the entry fee paid by the user. E.g. If a user joins a
contest with an entry fee of Rs. 50, and applies a discount code of
50% off, the user pays Rs. 25 as the entry fee. The user will be
given DreamCoins on Rs. 25. Users will be able to see the DreamCoins
given under the transaction history for DreamCoins at the match
level. DreamCoins shall be given in total for the total number of
paid public contest joined in any given match.

In the event a user earns DreamCoins in decimal points, the decimal
point will be rounded off to the previous highest number. For e.g.
If a user joins a contest which has an entry amount of Rs. 49, (E.g.
for every Rs. 10 users earn 1 DC ) if its 4.9 DC or 4.2 DC, user
will earn 4 DC.

Bonus DreamCoins may be granted by Dream11 to its users at its sole
discretion. Any Bonus DreamCoins given shall be valid for a specific
period based on the terms and conditions of the promotions under
which they are granted.

Bonus DreamCoins can be used towards redeeming rewards on the
Rewards Shop only but will not count towards a user’s Champions Club
Levels Progress.
Earn rate
-
All users on Dream11, who are exposed to the DreamCoins feature, are
eligible to earn DreamCoins from their joined paid contests based on
an Earn Rate, which is a ratio of INR spent by the user in entry
fees (net of any discount or Discount Bonus used) to DreamCoins
earned. The Champions Club allows certain levels to have an improved
earn rate of DreamCoins to INR spent ratio, as defined in the table
below.

Each Level has a specific Earn Rate for DreamCoins as per the table
below. The DreamCoins a user earns for any contest joins will be on
the basis of the below earn rate which is in accordance with the
Level they are in.

For eg: If the user is on Level Challenger and joined a contest with
a Rs. 50 Entry fee. User will get 1 Dream Coin for every Rs. 10
spent. Hence, the user will get 5 DreamCoins.

If a user in the Star Level joins a contest for a Rs.50 entry fee,
they would receive 6 DreamCoins since their Earn Rate is 1 DreamCoin
for every Rs.9 spent (net of any discount or Discount Bonus).

Users who have not received the Champions Club feature will continue
to earn 1 DreamCoin for every Rs.10 spent till such time that they
receive the feature, after which in accordance with their Level their
Earn Rate will be decided.

Please Note: For a user performing any one-time
action as mentioned above and earning DreamCoins, these actions cannot
be reversed if the user has utilized the DreamCoin (in part or in
whole) and no refunds pertaining to such actions will be processed.
Validity of DreamCoins (till Mar 20, 2024)

Each DreamCoin given to the user for the above-mentioned activities
will be valid for a period 365 days from the date of credit.

Users can view their balance of DreamCoins on the Rewards Home page.
Starting IST 00:00:00 hours on March 21st 2024 - the validity of each
DreamCoin given to the user from March 21st 2024 for the following

Usage of DreamCoins

DreamCoins can be redeemed on the Rewards Shop available on the
Dream11 app. Further, DreamCoins can be redeemed to purchase content
streaming passes on the FanCode app/website.

All utilization of offers listed on the Rewards Shop can be done
only by using the DreamCoins and no other means. If a user has
insufficient DreamCoins, he/she will have to perform additional acts
on the Dream11 app to receive DreamCoins in order to avail their
desired offer on the Rewards Shop. Any shortfall of Dream Coins
while redeeming them on the Rewards Shop on Dream11 cannot be
availed by paying cash. On FanCode, content streaming passes can be
purchased by redeeming Dream Coins and if a user has insufficient
DreamCoins, he/she can adjust the shortfall by paying cash.

All listings on the Rewards Shop are only available till the stock
lasts and will be given on a first come first serve basis.

DreamCoins once utilized cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or
any other benefit.
Terms and Conditions of DreamCoins:

Dream11 is not responsible in any way whatsoever for third party
offers, products and services listed on the Rewards Shop.

Any queries, complaints related to third party products or services
provided under each individual offer will be settled as per such
respective partners terms, conditions and policy.

Once the DreamCoins are utilized, they cannot be reclaimed as a
refund in any event.
-
In the event of failure by the partner to provide its products or
services as listed on the Rewards Shop, the sole liability of the
partner will be to provide a product or service of equivalent value.

DreamCoins given by Dream11 as a one-off promotion, shall have the
validity as may be communicated to the users through email, in-app,
banner, or push notifications as the case may be. These one-time
grants are in the sole and absolute discretion of Dream11 and users
cannot claim such grants on their own.

DreamCoins granted as part of any promotion or offer by Dream11
shall be governed specifically by the respective promotion offer
terms and conditions and these terms and conditions as well.

Dream11 reserves the right to change the number of DreamCoins a user
may earn or burn for every action performed on the platform in its
sole discretion and without any notice to the users.

DreamCoins shall not be granted for contests which have all the same
teams participating in the contest. Dream11 reserves the right to
forfeit the DreamCoins (in whole or in part) given to a user, in the
event, Dream11 identifies a suspicious activity on such users
account.

Dream11 also reserves the right to not offer DreamCoins to users who
have violated any terms and conditions of the Dream11 platform.
